Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving the sales targets as set in line with the company's objectives..
🔹To liaison with the wholesalers/dealers/ retailers for generating the sales orders and to maintain the current relationship or identify and develop new clientele. To effectively build the channel network.
🔹To plan, coordinate, and implement the marketing and sales promotion campaigns effectively across the territory.
Responsible for the detailed product communication to the channel partners and influencers through effective communications/presentations..
🔹To plan and coordinate branding activities at Expos and at other venues.
🔹To effectively monitor the merchandising and branding across the network.
🔹To effectively build and develop the key influencers/partners Fabricators, Carpenters etc. through effective relationship and to maintain the database of the target group.
🔹To address the customer/partner issues on time and provide effective solutions to maintain optimum customer satisfaction..
Responsible for the receivables collection.
Reporting to the management based on the structure as set by the company.
🔹To monitor and analyse the market trends, dealer performance, and identify the opportunities across the territory for sales growth and development.
Ready to travel extensively across concerned state / territory.
