Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter/Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments. They will manage job postings, maintain the skill matrix, issue employment documents, conduct job fairs, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to travel for HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing Requisitions: Understand and execute staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments.
Documentation: Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job postings on various sites, and maintain the skill matrix.
Employment Documentation: Issue Letters of Offer/Intent/Employment to selected candidates.
Recruitment Campaigns: Conduct and attend job fairs at various locations, including campus recruitment and recruitment campaigns.
Employment Life Cycle: Possess good knowledge of the complete employment life cycle and aggressive recruitment strategies.
Travel: Travel to other locations where the company has offices for HR activities.
Office Administration: Responsible for office administration and people management.

Preferred Skills
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment
Technical Skills: Strong base in Microsoft Office package.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
Personal Attributes: Smart, positive, and proactive attitude toward work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism: Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel for placement drives, job fairs, and other HR activities.
Recruitment Experience: Candidates with experience in recruiting for Business Development or Sales positions will have an added advantage.
Education: MBA Graduate or relevant experience in the HR field.
