♂️ Quality Assurance Senior Officer
DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for assisting in the undertaking of Quality Assurance reviews and preparation of reports for each functional review as per the Bank’s internal procedures to document identified observations and ensure the Bank is protected from a regulatory perspective.
Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in the undertaking of Quality Assurance reviews in relation to core compliance responsibilities based on the planned schedule and keep track of all proposed control enhancements; draft reports for each functional review as per the Bank’s internal policies and procedures documenting the identified gaps and recommended corrective actions.
Support the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of an annual risk based program of assurance to assess compliance with relevant Compliance policy standards to determine whether the Regulatory/AML/CTF/ABC/Sanctions related risk management, control and governance processes, as designed, are adequate and operating effectively.
Provide support in coordinating a holistic approach to the Regulatory/AML/CTF/ABC/Sanctions second line of defense (2LOD) assurance activity across the Bank and facilitate the development and embedding of best practice assurance methodologies.
Support with the preparation of structured Management Information (MI) for reporting purposes.
Track ineffective controls and related risk assessment or conformance testing results in order to ensure controls are operating effectively.
Assist in the provision of training programs for the unit and for business/ operations in line with latest Quality Assurance requirements.
Participate in the review and analysis of bank wide policies and procedures on a regular basis to establish whether regulatory changes have been applied.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree as a minimum from a recognized university.
Well versed with local regulations, banking systems, concepts and banking best practices.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector or consulting sector.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Sales
Ensure daily call targets of minimum 80 contacts are met and the assigned leads are contacted on a daily basis.Effectively achieve targets through quality conversions and to mark 100% achievement on the monthly assigned targets.
To monitor and ensure that monthly sales targets are met/exceeded.
Must be up-to-date with the products and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
Errors are managed and maintain a rate of 15% and below.
Avoid customer complaints and business dissatisfaction.
Timely follow-ups must be maintained on all the leads generated.
Manage the processing activity of system applications as per the standard-operating-procedure and in line with the defined turn-around-times.
Ensure cross sell targets are met and referrals are forwarded to concerned units.
To provide weekly activity report summarizing all the activities & achievements and highlighting follow-ups, pipeline cases, issues and changes, if any.Ensure credit shield numbers are achieved as per the target set by the management.
2. Customer Service:

Score 90% on call quality, as per the evaluation performed by the checker.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Purpose:
Liaise with business owners/managers and translate Business Requirements to IT initiatives
Service as Senior representative of IT to Business and vice versa
Attend internal client meetings, understand their requirements and act as a bridge between business and IT to deliver end to end solution.
Author User Stories (equivalent to traditional Business Requirement Document (BRD)), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Process flows.
Ensure the correct implementation according to agree user stories
Principal Accountabilities
Serve as a voice to project the expectations of customers on new or already existing products
Highlight product features in a manner clearly understandable to the development team
Manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation
Conduct backlog grooming meetings with a team of product owners
Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement, as well as to scrum team
Monitor the progress of product development, as well as plan for product release
Contact customers and end users to obtain information on expected product features
Provide reports to update management and stakeholders on product development operations
Analyze customer opinions and feedback to determine features or components that will add good value to a product
Participate in agile conferences and study relevant scrum material to update job knowledge/skill

Qualifications:

Training and certification as a professional scrum product owner (PSPO) or as a certified scrum product owner (CSPO)
Hands on experience as Agile Product owner, optionally additionally as Business Analysis and/or Project manager
Experience:
More than 10 years’ experience proving exposure to Banking Business and IT
More than 8 years’ experience as Agile PO (partially possible as Business analyst), Managing Projects and teams.
