Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala's allegations that lakhs of fake / double votes were included in the voter list for the Assembly elections have been substantiated by the website www.operationtwins.com which has released a list of 434,000 fake / double voters. An investigation by the Election Commission following allegations by the opposition leader found that there were 38,000 dual voters. But the list of 434,000 voters was released through the website operationtwins.com. This is considered a very serious matter.

Voter information on the number of twin voters in each constituency in the list of 4,34,000 dual voters in the 140 constituencies in Kerala and the names of the voters in the booths in the nearest constituencies with different names and addresses. The website uploads the name, voter ID number, ID number of the voter in the other booths for the same person, his name and address, and the ID number and address of the same person in the constituencies adjacent to the same person. Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala said that this was essential for the survival of free democracy and that dual votes were often created without the knowledge of the real voters.
