Position Summary
Lead, coordinate and execute projects across the region to ensure high service quality and efficiency in the operations. Support the business results by identifing opportunities and launching new initiatives to contribute in reducing Total Distribution Cost. Manage cross functional projects through NCE methodology & tools with E2E approach. Consolidate and track projects` savings providing visibility to the key stakeholders in the region. Support Countries/OPC providing visibility of best practices and processes across the region to ensure "One market in operations".

1. Experience leading teams.
2. Project planing experience.
3. Experience leading succesfully projects, achieving targets on time and meeting budgetary restrictions.
4. Experience and knowledge on the processes and tools of the incumbent area (transport, MH, customs clearing, warehousing,distribution).
5. Experience training users in best practices and new processes.
6. Experience leading and coordinating succesfully project team members and superuser.
7. Experience in cross-functional projects under the scope of Supply Chain.
8. Experience in managing succesfully relationships with external stakeholders (customers, 3PLs, industry associations,...).
