Responsibilities:
◾️Understand the manpower requirements.
◾️Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
◾️Post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
◾️Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
◾️Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
◾️Coordinate management interviews by arranging schedules; scheduling zoom interviews, and ensure timely interview intimation.
◾️Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.
◾️Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
◾️Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
◾️Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates.
◾️Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates
◾️Timely update Recruitment MIS.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
◾️Be up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
◾️Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
