Job Purpose:

To coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning & development programs and organisational development initiatives.  
Key Result Areas:
◾️Conduct the training needs analysis by engaging relevant stakeholders from the business department.
◾️Design and develop program content by researching, developing and documenting specific subject matter content according to the curriculum standards.
◾️Plan, design and develop assessment activities and processes by confirming purposes and context of assessment with relevant stakeholders to meet regulatory or organisational requirements as appropriate.
◾️Determine the effectiveness of the training programs using recognised evaluation Model and report against agreed KPIs.
◾️Monitor regulatory requirements for staff training and competence and ensure that all requirements and subsequent changes are reflected in all statutory and mandatory training.
◾️Stay current on new/innovative practices and trends in the field of learning & development.
◾️Conduct Post Training Assessments and on the Job evaluation to check participants’ understanding of the learning attained and the level of implementation in their job roles and performance.
◾️Provide development by coaching and 1 to 1 support where the need for this has been established.
◾️Record, collate and retain management information to demonstrate progress against ◾️KPIs and departmental goals and objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:

Education Qualification:
Train the Trainer Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Work Experience:

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and development division in designing and delivering learning & development solutions.

Skills

◾️Ability to function independently in a multi-tasking environment, as well as part of a team.
◾️Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development techniques
◾️Excellent program design and delivery skills
Superior presentation, facilitation and assessment skills
◾️Excellent Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English
Leadership, influencing, and team building skills
