Responsibilities
◾️Collecting relevant information and setting goals accordingly.
◾️Identifying trainee’s needs and making attainable targets.
◾️Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role-plays and assessments.
◾️Preparing relevant computer applications and handing outs of the course.
◾️Developing Performance Evaluation Performa to provide feedback and submitting the same to the Training Supervisor.
◾️Arranging training resources and material with other helping tools.
◾️Documenting and maintaining a record of data of the Customer Service Representatives under training.
Requirements
◾️Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
◾️Proven 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer or a Sales Trainer.
◾️A Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) will be preferred.
◾️Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
◾️Excellent knowledge of modern instructional methods and tools.
◾️Exceptional time management skills and a critical thinker.
◾️Exceptional rapport-building with clients.
Good listening skills.
◾️Ability to work independently as well as in a team if required.
◾️Exceptional ability to give attention to all the trainees.
◾️Good presentation skills.
Location – Location – Palakkad and SNGCE College, Perumbavoor
Salary – 2,40,000 – 3,36,000 PA
Experience – Min. 2 Years
