About Grihasree Housing Scheme

Grihasree Housing Scheme is being implemented by the Board from 2013-14 onwards for providing Government subsidy @ Rs. 2 lakh/house for the construction of house with the participation of NGO / Voluntary agencies / Philanthropic individuals in 2 cents / 3 cents of land owned by EWS / LIG beneficiaries. As per the approved financial pattern, for constructing 60 sq m house with a construction cost of Rs. 4 Lakh, Rs.2 Lakh is the Govt. Subsidy and Rs.1 Lakh each will be the beneficiary’s, sponsor’s contribution. Maximum plinth area of 83 Sq.m can be constructed with balance as beneficiary contribution.Board had so far disbursed subsidy to 3011 houses .

◾️ലൈഫ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കാത്തവർക്കും സ്വന്തമായി വാസയോഗ്യമായ  വീടില്ലാത്തവർക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം

◾️സ്വന്തമായി രണ്ട് /മൂന്ന് സെന്റ് ഭൂമി കൈവശം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം

◾️നാലു ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ പദ്ധതിയാണ്

◾️ വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾക്കും അപേക്ഷഫോമിനും ഭവന നിർമാണ ബോർഡിന്റെ ജില്ല ഓഫീസുകളുമായി ബന്ധപെടുക.
